- Avoid direct contact with perfumes, alcohol-based sprays, or hair styling mists near hand-worked Sitara, Dabka, and metallic threads.
- Steam press from the reverse side using a protective pressing cloth; never iron directly on embellishments.
Made-to-Order Dispatch: Each piece is hand-tailored upon receipt of your order. Dispatch is made within 7–10 working days directly from our Lahore atelier.
Express Courier Transit: Domestic orders are delivered within 2–4 business days via TCS / Leopard. International orders are dispatched via DHL Express with full end-to-end tracking and transit insurance.
Returns & Exchange: Standard size orders are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery in pristine, unworn condition with tags attached. Custom-tailored pieces undergo rigorous quality checks before dispatch.
