Because bespoke garments and bridal orders are handcrafted to an individual client’s unique measurements and color specifications, they are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. However, we gladly provide complimentary fitting alteration assistance if adjustments are needed.

We work exclusively with authentic, premium-grade natural textiles: 100% Pure Raw Silk in 60-gram and 80-gram density, hand-loomed sheer Organza, pure French and Chinese silk Chiffons, and luxurious silk net. We do not use polyester, synthetic satin, or low-grade georgette.

All Nooraiza garments must be strictly DRY CLEANED ONLY by reputable professional dry cleaners experienced with metallic tilla, bullion wire zardozi, and pure silk dyes. Never hand wash, bleach, tumble dry, or machine wash.
