How do I place or customize an order?
Simply add your desired article to the cart and checkout. For custom measurements on our Luxury Formal or Bridal ensembles, please contact our team directly via WhatsApp.
What are the shipping times and charges?
We offer free shipping across Pakistan. Ready-to-wear items take 3–7 working days, while handcrafted Luxury Formals take 4–6 weeks. Tracking IDs are shared via email/WhatsApp upon dispatch.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure Credit/Debit Card payments, Bank Transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, unused articles with tags can be exchanged within 7 days. Please note that custom-made outfits and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
Contact us immediately to modify orders.
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once it goes into production or is dispatched, no changes can be made.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and package weight.

We use premium, high-end fabrics including pure chiffon, silk, and organza. Our luxury ensembles feature intricate, handcrafted adda work, refined zari, and delicate dabka details.
Will an item be restocked if it is sold out?
Since our luxury collections are exclusive, restocks are limited. However, you can click “Notify Me” or contact us via WhatsApp to check if a specific fabric or design can be remade on order.
